What is your return/refund policy?
We do not accept returns, due to the nature of the item all prints/frames are made to order specifically for each customer and are unique.
Under some circumstances obviously we will offer a no questions asked replacement if the print was damaged/lost in transport or there was a printing defect which is our fault (please send photos upon emailing) but otherwise there is a strict no returns policy for things like simply changing your mind.
All sales are final. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms.
